We are looking to create the best conditions for investors in private companies in Europe
Private Investments Network was founded in 2012 by entrepreneurs who had been working together since 1999 and they were brought together by the complementarity and the passion for offering solutions to the problems they encounter. In one of the companies they were managing the minority stakeholders regularly required information about the company, asked about the price at which they could sell their shares or if any of the other partners would be interested in acquiring their shares. Responding to all these information requests, together with the legal and administrative management of the company, turned out to be time-consuming and they preferred to dedicate this time to their core business.
And this is how the idea of Private Investments Network came about. The knowledge about financial markets, Private Equity and the technological capacity that we have, led us to designing and developing the platform, in addition to creating customized service for every type of customer and looking for creating best practices at a European level.

Carmen Zamudio
Co-founder
Co-founder of Capacitis Group, which is involved in various companies, amongst which Private Investments Network. She has more than 17 years of experience in the Fintech sector and she is the CTO of the companies. She is also the CEO of MedySIF, which is a company within the Capacitis Group that specializes in the management of market data and which has among its clients the largest Spanish banks.
François-Eric Perquel
Co-founder and CEO
François-Eric is also co-founder of the Capacitis Group. At the moment, he is the General Manager of Private Investments Network. He has more than 20 years of experience in the sectors of Finance, Fintech and Venture Capital. He has gained experience as an Angel Investor and has extensive knowledge about investing in the ecosystem of unlisted companies in Europe, especially in Spain.
Guillem Comi
Business Developer
Guillem is responsible for the business development at Private Investments Network. He is a Computer Engineer and has an MBA from EADA Business School. He has more than 8 years of experience in digital consulting, customer prospecting, business development and digital marketing.
Herve Ferro
Executive Partner in France
Entrepreneur and founder of several Fintech companies, he has more than 20 years as an Executive in multinationals specialized in capital markets, like Standard and Poor’s. He is a Fintech and networking specialist and is in charge of business development of the company in France.
